The Support Section of the website is used to report community offences (in form of a Ban Report) and bugs. Appeals for bans can also be made via the Support Section. To access the Support Section you must have an account registered through our forum, which you can learn about here.
Step One: Click on ‘Support‘ on the navigation bar to the top of this website. Follow the instructions.
Step Two: Fill out the form that appears on your screen. On completion click on ‘Submit Ticket’.
Step Three: Review your ticket to see if you provided relevant information. You can add more, if necessary.
Step Four: Click on ‘My Tickets’. This will be the new screen you see when visiting the Support Section.
- The status of your ticket will change when a response has been made, usually within 48 hours.
Step Five: Click on the ticket to view any responses.
